1. How do I book a photo session with you?
Booking is easy! Select your preferred package, choose an available date, complete the booking form, and submit your booking request.
Once your request is received, I'll personally review the details and reach out to begin planning your session. After everything is finalized, I'll approve your booking, send out contracts, and you'll receive your confirmation.
2. What is required to reserve my session?
A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (deposit) are required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day prior to your session as outlined in your invoice.
3. When will I receive my photos?
Most galleries are delivered within 2-3 weeks, depending on the season and session type. If you need your images sooner, rush editing may be available for an additional fee.
4. What should I wear to my session?
Choose clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident. Neutral tones and coordinating colors photograph beautifully, but most important thing is wearing something that feels like you.
After booking, I'll happily provide outfit inspos and recommendations to help you prepare.
5. Can I choose my location?
Absolutely! If you already have a location in mind, I'd be happy to photograph there, pending any permits or location restrictions.
Not sure where'd you like your session? I'll gladly recommend locations through the Phoenix metropolitan area based on your vision and style.
6. Do you offer studio sessions?
Yes! Studio sessions are available upon request.
Please note that studio rental fees are separate from session pricing and are the client's responsibility. If needed, I'm happy to recommend studios that fit your style, vision, and budget.
7. Can someone come with me to my session?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring one or two guests for support, provided they don't interfere with the session.
If you'd like additional people included in your photos, please let me know ahead of time so we an determine the best session type or any applicable fees.
8. Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, life happens. You may reschedule your session one (1) time with at least a 48 hour notice, subject to availability. Your retainer will transfer to the new date.
Any additional requests, rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend your scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the retainer. A new retainer will be required to book another session date.
If your session includes a rental studio, any studio rescheduling or cancellation fees are separate from Jade Lantern Studio and remain the client's responsibility.
Exceptions may be made for severe weather, illness, or emergencies at Jade Lantern Studio's discretion.
